Showing women they are capable | Meet Jess, the founder 🤍

I created The Capable Collective back in 2024 - after embarking on my own personal growth journey through a combination of body, mind + identity work.

It all began with starting my health and fitness journey, back in 2013! stepping in to the gym changed my life in many ways. It allowed me to build confidence, grow self-belief and show myself what I could do, with consistency and hard work. 
Over time, my mindset really changed from wanting to change who I was, to discovering who I was, and what I was truly Capable of. 

I have been coaching women through the same transformation since 2021, this method has and will continue to change many lives, and I am extremely proud to lead women into finding true confidence, through this sustainable and empowering method.

I am so incredibly proud of what we have built here. The Capable Collective is my passion and purpose, and the women inside are just incredible.
