"It absolutely is working, I've tried so many diets and I'd feel so disheartened knowing that to keep any weight off i'd have to weigh and measure for the rest of my life, or restrict foods. Exercising was a chore to lose weight, and I'd never stick to it because as soon as I'd eat a "bad" food it felt like I'd ruined the week. Or that I'd spolit any exercise I had done. Now I actually enjoy training, and pushing my body to see what It can do. Which is so motivating instead of trying to make myself smaller. The progressive plans keep it interesting, and I know every 4 weeks it'll switch up, which keeps it fresh".

"Offically 6 months in to TCC and I never thought I was gonna be the girl exercising in Decemeber and prioritising it.
